Refund Policy
Kindedo Plus is sold through the App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google take the payment, so refunds are requested from them, following their rules. We are always happy to help if something isn’t working: [email protected].
Bought on iPhone or iPad (App Store)
- Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose “Request a refund” and select Kindedo Plus.
- Apple decides on every App Store refund. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves or see your payment details.

Bought on Android (Google Play)
- Within 48 hours of buying, you can request a refund directly in Google Play: open your order history at play.google.com, find Kindedo Plus and choose “Request a refund”.
- After 48 hours, write to us at [email protected] with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.). We review every request and will refund where it is fair or the law requires it.

Subscriptions
- You can cancel Kindedo Plus Monthly or Annual at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- After you cancel, you keep Kindedo Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- Unused time in a period is not refunded automatically, unless Apple or Google grants a refund or the law requires it.
Lifetime purchase
A refund for Kindedo Plus Lifetime is requested from Apple or Google in the same way. If it is refunded, Kindedo Plus is removed from your devices.
Customers in the UK and EU
Kindedo Plus is digital content you can use straight away. When you buy, the store asks you to agree that it starts immediately, which ends the 14-day cancellation period for digital content. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not as described: tell us and we will fix it or help you get a refund.
Restore instead of buying again
Got a new device, or reinstalled Kindedo? Open the parent area and tap Kindedo Plus › Restore purchases. You don’t need to pay again.
